In his impressive career, Alan has kept engineering excellence at the heart of his pursuits, following a path through design, project delivery and executive leadership. He champions the early adoption of collaborative digital engineering and design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA), now recognised as the model for project delivery.
Alan is an advocate for giving back and is passionate about passing on his knowledge to future generations. He is an active volunteer with EA supporting both the College of Leadership and Management and the Honours and Awards Committees. He also actively supports universities ensuring the future of engineering is bright.
