Dr Quoc Do is a Principal Consultant with Frazer-Nash Consultancy, and Systems Engineering Governance Manager of the Future Submarine Program. He is a Fellow and Chartered Engineer by Engineers Australia. He is a pioneer in Systems Engineering best practices: Model-Based Systems Engineering and Systems Engineering Governance, and is an internationally recognised engineering leader qualified as Defence Support Service Level 5 – Pre-eminent Consultant.
Dr Do’s leadership roles including: Past President of INCOSE Australia Chapter; Past President of the Systems Engineering Society of Australia; former INCOSE Associated Director for Technical Review; and Founding Chair of the International Model-Based Conceptual Design Working Group.
