Ross is a CPEng and RPEQ who has successfully delivered engineering services for large scale development and major infrastructure projects, from options analysis through all phases of design to construction. He has a broad civil engineering skill set and has filled various lead roles on major rail infrastructure projects. He is currently an Area Design Manager on Queensland’s largest infrastructure project, Cross River Rail.
He has a unique blend of broad civil design capability, a collaborative leadership style, and ability to synthesize and communicate highly technical information to key stakeholders. Ross places an emphasis on coaching and mentoring those around him (particularly younger staff) and believes that this is a key contributor to a high performing team.
