Terry Pitt is the Manager for Technical Engineering at Santos, leading 18 multi-disciplinary Engineers providing technical excellence and projects support across of Santos’ operations. Terry is responsible for driving functional Engineering improvement initiatives including the Engineering skill pool development framework and Engineering Governance. In his nine years post graduate, he has experienced a range of opportunities within the oil and Gas industry. Terry is passionate about driving continuous improvement and recognised as a safety leader within the business. He is a husband, father of two boys and lover of motorsport, providing a practical application for his Mechanical Engineering passion.
