Tim Duignan has accumulated a wealth of experience with over 35 years in the energy industry. Tim brings extensive experience in project development (concept through construction to operations), mergers, acquisitions, energy trading and retailing in the electricity and gas sectors throughout Australia and South East Asia.
Tim’s areas of expertise include business transformation, electricity infrastructure development, project management, mergers, acquisitions and project structuring and financing. He has also been extensively involved in the gas sector including gas sales, processing and pipelines, and reserves delineation and extraction techniques.
Tim holds qualifications in Electrical Engineering and Business Marketing from the Queensland University of Technology
