Engineers Australia’s Australian Engineering Excellence Awards (AEEA) recognise outstanding achievement in engineering and the invaluable contribution engineering makes to the economy, community and the environment.
The AEEA inspires and encourage engineering distinction through teamwork, innovation, and technical excellence.
The awards also provide tangible benefits for entrants through a range of promotional activities to fellow peers and wider industry.
Excellence, distinction, merit, perfection and quality are the characteristics that winning entries exhibit.
To enter the AEEA, entrants are required to submit project nominations at the relevant local level, depending on the project’s location.
AEEA Finalists are judged and Australian Engineering Excellence Award winners are announced at a series of Virtual Division Award Ceremonies. At these Ceremonies, the Award winners are announced along with the best of the best who will continue to to represent the Division as a finalist for the Sir William Hudson Award.
The Sir William Hudson Award winner will be announced at our Pinnacle Awards event in November 2020.
