Ella is an infrastructure asset management engineer at Cardno, a global professional services consultancy. After graduating from university seven years ago with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours), she joined Cardno as a graduate engineer and has since developed into an asset management engineer, project manager, supervisor and mentor. In her role at Cardno, Ella works across multiple infrastructure sectors to maximise the value provided by infrastructure assets to governments and the communities they serve. Alongside her role at Cardno, Ella is significantly involved in the development of young professionals, experienced professionals, and women in engineering and asset management.
