Victoria Hogg originally trained as a Civil Engineer, completed her degree and PhD at Nottingham University in the UK before moving into asset and risk management.
She has spent most of her career working in the Transport and Electricity sectors, including roles in research, design, technical standards development, strategic and operational asset management, risk and value management and safety management. She has a particular interest in the human aspects of risk and how these influence the effectiveness of risk management efforts. She is currently the Manager Network Risk & Performance at Essential Energy.
